Delivery & Returns
Silver Sparrow offers Free delivery to all UK (mainland) destinations. Silversparrow.co.uk aims to deliver products within 2-4 working days in most circumstances. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Silversparrow.co.uk will provide its services with reasonable skill and care but does not give any guarantees, warranties or representations in respect of any other person's services. The deliveries shall be made using standard mail services across the UK. Wherever possible we have ensured that the packaging is appropriate to easily fit into standard letter-slots. In some instances, we may deliver your order in more than one parcel.
We understand you may not be fully satisfied with your purchase. Simply write to us within 10 days of purchase at email@example.com and we'll do the rest.
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights. We will try to attend to all returns as soon as practically possible.
We will make the refund directly to the card used to make the payment within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned product and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You will have to pay for the return postage of the products.
Since orders are despatched promptly, we are unable to cancel orders after you have received your order confirmation email.
Non returnable/ Non refundable products
All products that are ‘On Sale’ or under any kind of ‘Offer’ are non-returnable. All offers are available while stocks last.
Incorrect/ Damaged product
At Silver Sparrow we select and package the products carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return it to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and mention your order no. in the subject line.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
